The Power of Music

Some days it can be difficult to find our way into the flow.

It can seem that no matter what we do or how hard we try, we are constantly swimming against the current.

We may notice:

  • A feeling of dragging our feet and procrastination

  • A feeling of being stuck in a loop with our thoughts and feelings

  • Finding resistance and frustration around every corner

One way to help shift our current state of being is by connecting with music.

There are tons of researchers who focus on the benefits of music’s ability to help heal and transform.

Some people like to create playlists for the specific purpose of getting out of a funk.

Next time you are feeling stuck and having difficulty in finding your rhythm and flow - try shifting things through the power of music.
