How do I handle failure or setbacks, and what can I do differently to bounce back stronger? 6. What activities or situations drain my energy, and how can I create healthier boundaries? 7. How do I nurture my physical, mental, and emotional well-being on a daily basis? 8. What relationships in my life bring me joy and fulfillment, and how can I nurture them further? 9. What are my aspirations and dreams for the future, and what steps can I take to bring them closer? Remember, self-reflection is a deeply personal practice, and there are no right or wrong answers.
